Pregnant Posh Spice pictured running after a ball on high-inches-high heels, way to go Posh!

[Samantha Templeton-Brewster, Celebrities Contributor]

MailOnline: Pregnant Spice Victoria Beckham has been apparently caught unawares by the paparazzi in a Los Angeles park, California,  whilst kicking a ball with her six-year-old son in stylishly elegant stilletoed five-inches-high luxury boots.

It seems that the famous footballer’s wife version of ‘quality’ time has very much to do with her elegant apparel rather than more appropriate sports wear bearing in mind her current delicate condition.  The celebrity’s baby is due in July and will be the couple’s fourth child.

Twitter forced by California court to hand over personal details and tweets of politician accused of libel by British group

[Jonas Surrey, Legal Affairs Contributor]

MailOnline: The social networking site, Twitter, which has more than 175 million users, has been forced by a California court to give up the personal information tweets of a British politician, Ahmed Khan, after a British local authority started an international court case complaining of libel perpetrated by the politician.  The judgment by the California court has started off a huge row in the USA concerning privacy and freedom of speech.

The local authority, South Tyneside Council, is reported to have spent more than £100,000 on the case which intends to bring to justice the author of a blog who goes by the name of Mr. Monkey, which is believed to be the blog of Mr. Khan.

Mr. Khan has refuted the allegations and is reported to be angry with Twitter for having disclosed his details. MailOnline reports him as saying: “This is Orwellian. It is like something out of 1984..if  a council can take this kind of action against one of its own councillors simply because they don’t like what I say, what hope is there for freedom of speech or privacy…I was never even told they were taking this case to court in California. The first I heard was when Twitter contacted me…I had just 14 days to defend the case and I was expected to fly 6,000 miles to hire my own lawyer – all at my expense”.

“I’ll be back” – not likely it seems for Mrs. Schwarzenegger

[Diana Jones, Celebrity News Contributor]

Huffpost Politics:  Arnold Schwarzenegger, on Monday of this week announced his separation from his wife of 25 years standing, Maria Shriver.  The announcement did not feature his signature remark: ‘I’ll be back’, so the word is out that the move is permanent.

An ex-Governor of the State of California, which did not quite badly thank you very much under the leadership of the actor turned politician, no one knows what this 63 year old is likely to do with his life now. Only time will tell, perhaps it’s time to retire Arnie?

California attorneys Jay Adkisson and Chris Riser implicated in blackmail attempt upon Dr. Edward Lestrade and LLAGROUPEUROPE LLC

[News Source: Complaints Board]

It has been reported that a focused blackmail campaign and racist attack has been made upon Dr. Edward Lestrade and his firm LLAGROUPEUROPE by California attorneys Jay Adkisson and Chris Riser.

It seems that when the attorneys were uncovered by Dr. Lestrade to be pretending that one of them, Chris Riser, was licensed to practise as a UK solicitor, when he has never been licensed to do so, they set upon an intensive cyberbullying and racist campaign to discredit him and his firm and to get him to pay them to stop.

They have posted numerous comments about Dr. Lestrade and his firm on their site: Quatloos/ Quatloosia and on similar message boards which aim to discredit Dr. Lestrade and his firm. The comments range from saying that his qualifications are false and that his firm is ‘bogus’.

However, at the same time, their ‘reputation management associates have approached Dr. Lestrade and his companies demanding up to $30, 000 for the harassment to stop. Since then, we have been informed that attorneys have told Dr. Lestrade that he had better pay up, or their harassment will escalate and he will have to pay more money to get it to stop.

We have been informed that the FBI have been alerted and an investigation upon the two is in process.

Our news contributor contacted Mr. Adkisson for comments. Mr. Adkisson was asked why he and his partner had decided to mount this campaign against Dr. Lestrade and LLAGROUPEUROPE and whether it was race, or blackmail motivated.

Mr. Adkisson said: ” What we do against scumbags and Nigerian scammers like Dr. Lestrade is our business. We are attorneys licensed by the State of California and are in good standing. We can do what we like and there is nothing you, or he can do about it. We will continue until he does the right thing to stop us continuing”.

When he was asked what the ‘right thing’ was, he terminated the conversation. We can only assume that this refers to the demand from his associates that Dr. Lestrade pay the blackmail money.

In the meantime, we have checked out Dr. Lestrade and his firm LLAGROUPEUROPE and found:-

  • the company is properly set up and authorised by the state of Wyoming as a project funding, arbitration court and international law services company;
  • it operates mainly out of the USA via representing offices in various countries – mainly Europe;
  • its telephone lines are automated as it operates internationally, but messages are dealt with quickly and its clients have direct contact with responsible associates;
  • all its lawyers and legal counsel are professionally qualified;
  • it has managed multi-million dollar financings in the past as is able to do so via lending syndicates established with reputable financiers;
  • we have not found anyone who has paid any due diligence fees to the company and has failed to get a result;
  • OIAC – Online International Arbitration Court is  functioning as a 100% online arbitration court set up under the rules of the New York Convention and the laws of the USA and its judgments are recognisable in all contracting states (including the USA).

Dr. Edward Lestrade

If you are a victim of a blackmail, racist, or cyberbullying campaign by Jay Adkisson and/ or Chris Riser, please inform your local FBI office and do complain to the Bar of California where they are members. Alternatively, please send the information to International Times of Dominica which will circulate it to the proper authorities on your behalf.

US Spy program to be used in Facebook, Twitter and other social media

Guardian reports that the USA‘s military has commissioned the development of software for it to influence users of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter by using false online identities for the purpose of disseminating pro-American propaganda.

A Californian corporation has been given a $2.76 million contract with United States Central Command (Centcom), an organisations that supervises US armed operations in the Middle East and Central Asia to develop the program.

The software will create the “online persona management service” which will allow the US military to operate multiple identities worldwide.  Whilst the technology is not ‘brand new’ as similar systems are in existence and are widely used by US law enforcement and surveillance agencies, it is the first time that the US government has openly acknowledged the strategy.

For example, the program, Operation Earnest Voice (OEV), had been put in to place as in Iraq as a psychological warfare tool to disrupt al-Qaida‘s operations against coalition forces there. It is now reported to be a $200M program which is being used to thwart jihadists in Pakistan, Afghanistan and the Middle East.

[Music & Song Contributor]

With more than 5,650,114 hits in record time, Rebecca Black’s “Friday”  video is a YouTube sensation.  The song’s lyrics are belted out in rap style and itself is a bewildering array of contradictions that should deny it any popularity. But popular it is – check it out and see. The video producer is Ark Music Factory, a Los Angeles company focussing on developing child stars in quick time. It was started in February by Patrice Wilson and Clarence Jey who are veteran producers.
