Time to resign for Hosni?

[James Abidi, Middle East News Contributor]

BBC News reports that the unpopular Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak is going to form a new cabinet in order to placate  tens of thousands of  protestors who have gathered in Cairo again.  The president is planning to replace interior minister Habib al-Adly and the finance minister.

However, notwithstanding the changes it seems that the unhappy masses are still baying for a change from Mr. Mubarak and have called a general strike and plan a huge march on Tuesday.

Is Mubarak history, or will he hang in by a thread?  Odds on that he will have to go and soon… let’s see what happens.
